Plain old 3D Computer Render Modelling...

Hiya!
I don't use train simulators and I don't build actual solid model trains or have a model railway so I wasn't sure where to post.

I am modelling a modified-Hall class loco but using a render program - POVray. I'm working from drawings and photos to try and get it right.

So, firstly - are there any other people similarly modelling like this around here? This Hall is my first model of a train but it's been a lot of fun and I expect to do others...
Secondly - I don't really know. If anyone has close up photographs of modified-Hall class locos they could send in? In need of detailed images of "fiddly bits" or even actual plan scans?
Thirdly - would I be better in the Virtual railways Forums? This thing isn't for a simulator, as such, but it can be animated a bit.
I posted some render images in the sort of "Hello" forum if you want to look. My avatar is a very small version of the current version...

Cheers!
