There were 5 Blue Pullman sets. 2 x 6 sets for the London Midland which ran between St Pancras and Manchester Central, and 3 x 8 sets which operated on the GWR from Paddington to Birmingham and Bristol. If you Google "Blue Pullman" there is a fairly comprehensive entry on Wikipedia about them.
