Yes, that's the Monsal viaduct we see, on the old Midland line through Matlock to Ambergate where it can then be seen on the old triangle joining the Derby line.
Sad thing is the Matlock to Manchester section was not part of the Beeching cuts which makes the footage very special.
This was the same stretch of line upon which the enigmatic Fell locomotive performed its daily duties.
