Commuter line I think not!.
The line will only run from Ruddington(3 miles south of Nottingham City Centre) to Birstall(Leicester North) (2 Miles North of Leicester City Centre)
Loughborough Central station is about a mile from the centre of Loughborough & even further from the main industrial estates.
