Hello eagle125, I lived in Mansfield in the steam days but on the opposite side of town to Central station, I've seen whats left of the bridge at the side of the Brown Cow, I used to have a drink there in the 1960s, sad to think that's all that's left of a very interesting piece of the railway system. Have you walked through Titchfield Park recently? The stone retaining wall for the GCR embankment is still there and will be for some time to come as there are now houses built on the old track bed.
