Re dogs only being after a pound of sausages, back in 1977, I was both living and working in North Wales. One day while approaching a butchers shop in my works van, I actually
SAW a dog run from the same shop and
WITH a string of sausages in its mouth. Like you, I have seen it in comics, but to see it for real is unbelievable.
