Hi all

quick question, do freight drivers ever spend extended periods in thier cabs like truck drivers do, i.e a few days at a time? What would be the longest shift they do? I gather most drivers...

thanks for that info- i thought all the cranes had been switched off, i can never remember any of them in use, for god knows how long.

royal mail train, watford line this week

HI All

I saw a big combined royal mail train crawling along outside of watford about 6pm ish on Wed or thur, i thought these were scrapped a long time ago? are they still used?

Hi All

Not being a spotter or train buff - i swear i saw a deltic as the second loco hauling some frieght at watford - are these beasts still in use today?
