Train fleet withdrawn over wheel damage.

Arriva Trains Wales services suspended over wheel damage.

An entire fleet of trains has being taken out of service prompting the suspension of many routes after damage was found on wheels.

On a casual glance the loco looks like a 4-4-0, and although the location looks remote there is a big building behind the station.

My guess would be Scotland.

Plus it helps to maneuver the train at it's destination.
