It states at the top of each timetable page the days on which the times apply. e.g. Mondays to Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays. In the case of the Mondays to Fridays trains some only run on certain days...

For your area the passenger working timetable is PC 04 and the freight one is PF 18.
There is an "index" at the bottom of the list of code folders which makes finding the correct code much easier.

I'm not sure how long this will remain accessible...

I'm not sure how long this will remain accessible to the general public but the Network Rail working timetables for passenger, freight and departmental trains are here....
