Trouble logging in

I have been a member since 4th October 2008 with 811 posts to date. Usually I use Internet Explorer to access the site but have had nothing but trouble this week. Trying to access via Google chrome I cannot get the registration to accept my details. WHY ????
Why should I have to reregister as a new member ?

You should not have to.

Simply type the web address and when the site pops up enter your user name and password.

Works for me.

I use Firefox to access The Railway Forum and have never had any problems. Worth trying perhaps?

I am curious to know how the problem was sorted out, in case it affects me in the future - thanks.

It was not a problem with the Chrome operating system or this site.;)

Hi Jayar,
You have no need to be bothered. It was caused by a prolonged senior moment with me getting mixed up with case sensitive password.
Regards, Tony.
