27066 off For a Refurb?
 

I passed 27066 on the M42 heading north past Birmingham services at 5:00pm this evening.
Does anyone know the destination, preservation or spares?

surprisingly not a peep on Facebook about this
so 27 066 (D5404) is on the move ???


Apparently according to my database it was at the Dean Forest Railway in Preservation

I thought it may be on its way to Tysley for some TLC.

Well Facebook has come up for me

It's heading to Barrow Hill for Refurb from Forest of Dean

the only thing in doubt is Identity as someone seems to believe its 5386 instead of 27 066 (D5404)

But going to check
Ab Rail database says 27066 was 5386 so right now I'm confused going to check Databases as got all my data from WNXX but now don't pay so can't access it


But anyway it's off to Barrow Hill

Double checking has shown my Database is wrong so now updated
apparently looked fairly rough will find out at the weekend and post pictures when I get them

Hi Guys... Just been on website "www.brdatabase.info" and it states that 27066 was formally 26212 then 26103 and firstly D5386. I cannot comment on the nature and accuracy but they are not too bad so far..
