I did further research and it turns out the topic was from very long ago.

The Blue Train did indeed derail but it was a staged train with no passengers and no injuries were reported. 19 coaches were derailed. Poor infrastructure and bad management on behalf of the govt are being cited. I will put the picture in the pictures section.
