Hi form Czech Republic!
This is new thread about legendary czech engine class T478.1
First prototype was build at 1964, and serial production was started at 1966.
Technical description:
Max velocity: 62MPH / 100km/h
Power: 1478HP / 1102kW
Weight: 72 tons

Hello Lukyn-CZ and welcome to the Railway Forum. A good video with very good deep sound. The blue & yellow locos look nice where as the grey ones look in poor condition. The first one has a lot of rust, dirt and chipped paint. Are the railways going to repaint the older ones?

Unfortunatly their operation ended last year... Now is only 4 or 5 locomotives remain like operational backup. And several locomotives operated by private carriers...
